1. Account Registration

By registering an account with Gold Master EA, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2. Deposit and Withdrawal Policies

2.1 Payment Methods

All transactions (deposits and withdrawals) must be made exclusively through BP20 and TRC20 and POLYGON networks. We do not accept transactions from other networks.

2.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal amount is $10
• A $2 fee applies to every withdrawal transaction
• Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 business hours
• Users must complete identity verification before processing withdrawals

3. Gold Trading Rules

• The initial lot size is set at 0.01 for every $500+ in account value
• For every additional $1,000+, the lot size will automatically increase by 0.01

4. Gold Master EA Subscription

• The subscription fee for Gold Master EA is $140 per year
• The subscription fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 7 days before renewal date
• Users are responsible for managing their subscription settings

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. Account Termination

Gold Master EA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, or any illegal activities. Upon termination, you will be unable to access our services, and any remaining balance may be subject to review before release.

7. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gold Master EA operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
